Rai is a volunteer research assistant currently in her final year of the Integrated Science program at McMaster University. She has a strong research interest in the intersection of identity, policy, and mental health, and has contributed to a large scale study on how socioeconomic factors impact the mental health of marginalized populations. She is excited to join the Strong Families team and contribute to the study and promotion of wellness and mental health.
Rai aims to leverage the skills gained from her research experiences and academic program to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology in the future.
