Zaid is an undergraduate student in his third year of the Health Sciences (Honours) program at McMaster University. He joined the Strong Families team as part of his project course. His interests lie in understanding the interplay of factors that shape family health and well-being across the lifespan. Zaid is particularly passionate about exploring early childhood development, family-centered healthcare approaches, and the impact of social determinants on family well-being.
